These terms apply to the sale of products and services of Art Therapy Ottarsdottir to the customer. The terms are confirmed by purchase and payment for the transaction. All transactions are confidential and we ensure our customers secure transactions online.
The seller is Art Therapy Ottarsdottir, ID no. 270862-2179. The buyer is the person registered as the payer on the invoice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT as the service is not subject to VAT. Prices are published subject to typographical errors and Art Therapy Ottarsdottir reserves the right not to complete the transaction if an incorrect price has been given.
The design of this website, text, appearance, visuals, information, content and other material that can be copied and downloaded from this website is owned by Art Therapy Ottarsdottir and may not be used without the written consent of Art Therapy Ottarsdottir. It is not permitted to use material on this website, by copying or downloading, either for advertising or news purposes, as this violates laws and regulations.
Art Therapy Ottarsdottir offers courses for individuals and groups.
Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis and full payment is required to secure a place on the course.
Cancellations and changes in bookings need to be sent to unnur@unnurarttherapy.is
Art Therapy Ottarsdottir reserves the right to collect half of the course fee if a registered participant plans not to attend a course but does not notify Art Therapy Ottarsdottir at the email address unnur@unnurarttherapy.is or by phone +3548670277 at least one week before the course begins. If the absence is not reported one week or less before the start of the course, the full fee for the course will be charged.
After the course begins, Art Therapy Ottarsdottir reserves the right to not refund the course fee if the buyer decides to stop doing the course.
If a course in Art Therapy Ottarsdottir has to be canceled for unforeseen reasons or due to insufficient participation, those who have registered will be contacted and offered either a credit note in the form of a gift certificate or a full refund.
Art Therapy Ottarsdottir reserves the right to make normal and occasional changes to individual courses without notifying them specifically.
Our payment transactions go through Rapyd’s safe payment site.
Several payment methods are offered in the Art Therapy Ottarsdottir online store. Payment can be made with Mastercard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron. Customers will receive a confirmation email when payment has been confirmed.
It is possible to pay for an order with all major credit cards. Payment is made through a secure payment gateway at Rapyd.
